Cancellation policy

For bookings up to a maximum of 4 weeks, the following applies:

Guests receive a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Guests receive a pro-rata refund between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

For long-term stays (bookings over 4 weeks), the following cancellation policy applies:

Guests will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in.

After that, the first 30 days of the stay are no longer refundable.
